We stayed here for 4 nights with our 4-year old daughter on half-board. The whole staff is absolutely amazing and extremely attentive. Food was very good and our queen beach villa was functional and definitely had enough space. Our daughter loved the kids club and Karen took excellent care of her! The gym is well equipped. We did a tour to Hanifaru Bay which was very enjoyable. Complaints we issued were taken care of immediately and followed up by, which was impressive. Laurent, the GM, is doing a great job! We think the villa could use some deep cleaning and we missed the barefoot feeling, which is just a personal preference. Buffets had a focus on catering for Chinese guests. For us the music at the main restaurant was too loud and we missed dining at the beach directly. In general we would recommend to book at least the half board option, since prices are quite high. Be sure to inform yourself about the currents before snorkeling, because they can get very strong! We would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Hanifaru Bay but if you are setting your focus on nature, safe snorkeling and tranquility there are better options to explore.
a very spacious 140 square meters beach front villa with private pool at a decent rack rate, the service is simply the best! average food quality is 8 out of 10 points, but the price is quite expensive, particularly alcoholic!
