Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. From our records, it looks like the room type you booked does not include a direct Opera House view. For future stays, I’d recommend considering one of our King Opera View or King Opera Deluxe rooms, which offer uninterrupted views of the Opera House from within the room. The room type you stayed in provides partial views from the balcony only, which may explain the difference in your experience.I’m also sorry you couldn’t enjoy the pool during your stay. It was indeed closed for scheduled annual maintenance. We aim to time this work during winter to minimise inconvenience, but I regret that it still impacted your visit.
