The Hotel is outside the main center in newly developed area to the north but within a 15' walk of the major tourist area, it is brand new so everything is in excellent condition , the bed quite firm but that can be considered a matter of personal preference, the breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms and gets very crowded during the breakfast rush hour and the breakfast buffet itself is a bit basic considering the price range of the hotel , You car will need to be parked in public carpark next door there are no really no other options near by to park for free
Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend.
Fantastic gem 5 minute walk from city center. Room was terrific. Shower amazing. Bed beyond comfortable. Price was exceptional. Can't recommend enough. Check in was fantastic arrived very early and while our room was not ready we're offered very similar room, still king bed but slightly smaller and a bottle of champagne for inconvenience. Were offered to look at room before deciding. Worked out perfectly
Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean.
The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.
Taking advantage of an excellent daily rate offer, we were very satisfied with this new hotel to spend 2 nights there. Well located in a relatively quiet place (center less than 15 minutes walk, free parking 5 minutes away) the services were up to our expectations (room, breakfast, service, ...) Returning there will be considered for a new stay in the region.
