Mi fa piacere mettere una bandierina su Reims e aggiungere un radisson alla mia collezione. Questo è in un angolo non particolarmente suggestivo della città, ma nuovo, vicino al centro e con un gran parcheggio coperto accanto. Le camere sono spaziose, comode, tutte molto ben equipaggiate e con un comodissimo letto. La colazione lascia soddisfatti, caffè decaffeinato disponibile. Il personale viene molto incontro. Costa poco.
De “standaardkamer” ligt langs een spoortraject. Kamer/badkamer krap en niet geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers. Ontbijt goed, maar te weinig personeel op het moment dat wij er waren waardoor dingen “op” waren. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren kan, tegen betaling, in de naast gelegen openbare parkeergarage. We hadden meer verwacht van een Radisson hotel.
Excellent hotel, we were not expecting the hotel to be as good as it was, room looked brand new and the bed was so comfortable. Bar was good and food was great. Friendly staff and was quite central to riems. we would definitely stay again. Champagne tours to épernay was a great addition to our stay, highly recommend.
Brand new hotel very close to the city center (10 min walk). Pros: Good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, friendly personnel, very decent breakfast and the best shower system I ever remember in my life. Cons: the rooftop bar was never open (or even cleaned) during our weekend, lack of free parking, rather boring views from the room. Still, I would happily return there, even just to see the friendly faces of the personnel who seem to be genuinely happy to welcome you there.
Bon h?tel un peu excentré. étant femme solo au moment de la visite, je n'ai pas trop aimé le c?té désert des environs de l'h?tel la nuit, Uber et taxis très utiles! H?tel neuf, chambres petites mais très bien équipées. Litterie très confortable, douche incroyable. Personnel d'accueil et de bar très pro et accueillants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le distributeur d'eau filtrée à l'etage! Un petit bémol sur le ménage: tache de café sur le sol de la salle de bain, coton tige du locataire précédent dans la poubelle et draps qui sentaient les pieds par endroit (mais j'ai un odorat très développé alors ...)
Brand new hotel! Nicely furnished and designed and in a fantastic location in terms of accessibility. You can easily walk to most of the town/train station from the hotel. There is also a parking garage next door to the hotel, which isn't too expensive. Currently, there are construction sites surrounding the hotel, so the views aren't the best (which is obviously not a criticism of the hotel), but thankfully I wasn't disturbed by any construction noises. Staff were really good, friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was lovely as well. Would highly recommend!
We booked this hotel as it was new and looked really nice and Radisson have a great reputation, we had also booked a table for dinner at 7.30, confirmed by email. Parking is in an adjacent multi storey. When we arrived at 12.30 we were informed room ready at 3.00 which is the norm, however we were told they couldn’t let us eat that night as they had a large group booked and there wasn’t room for us!!! This hotel is in a new build area and not close to the city centre, the staff did not offer us any assistance in finding an alternative for dinner, so we decided we wouldn’t stay as planned, the staff didn’t seem to care we were upset, so we left. I have to point out we weren’t charged for the cancellation which at least was something, but it all felt very unprofessional for a large international company like Radisson.
