Waw! I was amazed with the property and how helpful the staff were. the property is very clean and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. definitely plan to stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. The refill was slow. Bed was too soft. You kinda sinked in. Staff and cleaning service were great. I was charged an extra $79, was not able to get an answer so I email the hotel and is waiting for a response.

Parking is extremely limited! Also apparently children need to have ID, even a 1 year old. They take a copy of your passport and don't give the copy back to you. The room was nice, the bathroom wall though, is fogged glass so when you are in the room, you can see the silhouette of the other person in the shower. I didn't like it since i was there with family, not an intimate partner. The bed was comfortable, big TV. We did have to go down to check in to get the password for WiFi. It.was nowhere in the room posted, or outside and also not on our key card. We called the front desk 3 times and nobody answered, so we went downstairs to ask.

Great stay. Pool was clean and nice and breakfast was great. Gym was small. Close to bar ***** and beach was so nice

Great modern rooms. Breakfast buffet is really good and included in our package daily. Some live music that’s soothing with smaller crowds. Great for a relaxing time, calm energy, for couples. As a young couple, we could’ve enjoyed a more interactive activity lineup in the resort.

The cleanliness was great. My only issue was staff was not friendly at all with the exception of Jose. Most of them were rude, not kind, and not friendly esp when you had a concern. I will not be staying at this resort again as there are better options out there.

Excelentes vacaciones la pasamos genial, la atención fue muy amable y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Todo muy limpio y las instalaciones son tal cual las fotografías . Gracias a todos los que trabajan en el hotel !

The staff was very friendly. Jose front desk staff, Oscar food area, Miguel & Bryan bar area by pool and Gloria my cleaning lady. Food was good at pool area. Breakfast was basic but good. Pool kept cleaned at all times. The beach is not on property but shuttle is provided. About a 12 min walk. Although there was a singer by pool at night. It would of been nice to see more entertainment in the resort with guest and water aerobics. Check in/out was a breeze. Overrall great place and location.

Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, n?o tivemos nenhuma decora??o especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira n?o rep?s o sab?o líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.
