When we have booked this place we were just looking for a place where to relax ourselves and enjoy the silent. What we have found is the real paradise on earth! The staff, Berny and Glen in primis, are two amazing and lovely hosts. Since the first second you will feel that rare feeling of being home, thanks to them! The place is amazing and very well structured in the middle of the nature. You’ll just listen the sound of the silence waiting the moon and the stars. The rooms are comfortable with big bed and bathroom, and a very fancy style. We even had the fortune to eat there for dinner and lunch and the food is just amazing. Very fresh products cooked with love (we are Italians ??). The breakfast is awesome too! I close commenting the service and even in that case big applause: massage and yoga lesson at the sunrise were very professional and very well done! I cannot close if I do not set again that the power of this paradise are Berny and Glen. I am sure that you will love too…I can’t wait to back there!

Este local é simplesmente mágico! Os anfitri?es e todo o staff s?o de uma amabilidade, simpatia e disponibilidade que nos fazem sentir realmente bem-vindos. Mais do que uma hóspede bem recebida senti-me convidada e muito bem acolhida. é uma experiência sensorial, onde a mistura de aromas ( bolo de chocolate sempre acabado de fazer, velas….) se une aos sons ambiente ( música, passarinhos, árvores…) e a paisagem … Poderia continuar mas está além de tudo o que de bom possa dizer. Como descrever o nascer do sol visto do meu bungalow? é o local ideal para descansar e renovar energias. A sustentabilidade e o respeito pelo meio ambiente s?o visíveis. A regressar.
O Paraíso Escondido é um lugar 5 estrelas e os proprietários Berny,Glenn e Gisela s?o sem dúvida 6 estrelas! Um verdadeiro paraíso para quem quiser passar uns dias de descanso. As casas, os quartos e a decora??o s?o excelentes. A zona da piscina é muito agradável e o pequeno almo?o de muita qualidade. Enfim.... um paraíso escondido!
What a delightful and magical place Paraiso Escondido is! Nestled in the countryside with the most breathtaking views you feel like you’ve escaped to a unique place of serenity. What makes this Boutique Hotel and Retreat Centre so special are the owners Berny, Glen and Gisela. It’s rare to find such big hearted souls who genuinely care about serving their guests and with such love. It felt like coming home. The rooms were decorated to a high standard with quality finishings. The food was exquisite, so fresh and tasty. It’s one of my new favourite places (with my favourite people). Highly recommend.
Went to Paraiso Escondido last week on a yoga retreat, it was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation is 5 star, food is amazing and a feast for the senses, the atmosphere is so relaxing. Berny, Glen and their daughter Gisela are fabulous hosts with amazing attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble. If you enjoy good food in a relaxed, calm, luxurious environment then this is the place. I cannot recommend it enough. I came home feeling I was in reverse gear, so relaxing. A beautiful place to spoil yourself.
We had a trip to celebrate couple events! It was the best getaway my husband and I experienced. I definitely can call it an experience of living the best life! The weather, the surroundings, the hosts, the room, the food- O!M!G! I want the whole world to know about this place ! It was incredible . Truly i cannot even compare this place to anything i have ever traveled to! This is the combination of everything a person might want in life combined in one place! Want to go back over and over! I share with all my friends about this place. And recommend people to visit this paradise on earth!
We spent a wonderful week here in October. Berny and Glenn were the consummate hosts and it was a real treat to stay in their beautiful home and enjoy their warm hospitality, superb breakfasts and evening meals. Perfect for a relaxing ‘do nothing’ holiday or a fabulous base for getting out and exploring the local area with a wealth of walking opportunities on the nearby attractive wild Atlantic coast. This very special place is on our list for an essential return visit.
What an amazing experience the 'Just Be- Connect with your Truth' bespoke retreat was. A fabulous and restorative four days of re-setting ourselves in the most special, calming and peaceful environment surrounded by nature. There was clearly so much thought behind everything - from the design and decor, to the many quiet areas to relax in your own space and connect with nature. Absolutely delicious fresh vegetarian food, walks on your doorstep, excellent yoga with beautiful views from the yin yang studio, and the best massage we’ve ever had. Berny, Glenn and Gisela went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provide us with a truly incredible experience.
