Radisson Resort M?i Né was able to pleasantly surprise all of its guests, including me. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and efficient. In addition, the receptionist was very welcoming and warm, which set a good first impression for the stay. The sea-view room I was given was both spacious and clean. Everything including the bedding and the room was well-structured and prepared. The thoroughly pleasant and fresh scent also added to the overall experience. Breakfast was also a highlight as it offered a variety of both local and international options. Their professionalism and kindness at the Pool and Chill Bars ensured that our experience was pleasurable and exceeded our expectations. I would like to point out two things that the resort might want to improve. First, the Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable at times. Second, the resort didn't have an indoor parking, which could be an issue when it rains. I would describe the resort by saying it's well serviced, and I would definitely go back. It's perfect for couples as well as families looking to spend some time at the beach.

The hotel has good service, a beautiful view, and is absolutely worth the money I spent. I think I will come back again.

Bathroom is not cleaning Food in weekday breakfast buffet does not taste as good as weekends ones. And the breakfast buffet on weekdays has very few option

Service was not good and staff Inexperienced. The beach was loud with local team building activities. Can feel that there has not been proper training from the management yet. Nevertheless, the surrounding nature and beach is nice.

Room rates are high and spa use is short for the price. Pool cleaning is poor, pool blower did not work on the second day. Overall good hotel service. Thank you !

The room is spacious and features an L-shaped balcony, only the toilet is quite narrow. There is a reasonable surcharge amount per night for accompanying pets. While the location is quite far from the city center which is not convenient for dining out, the resort’s restaurant offers good food at affordable prices.

Radisson Resort Mui Ne offers a perfect escape. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beach is stunning and peaceful, and the food is of excellent quality - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa treatments were truly relaxing and professionally delivered.
