A fantastic stay at Relais Spa. On recent trips we had found housekeeping and maintenance was going downhill and the penny pinching was being felt but this time it was much more positive.
We had a great stay, the room was clean and nothing was broken! The salt/pepper and dishwasher tablets were even back (although no hand soap or washing up stuff). We didn’t get our teabags replaced on our whole trip but did get new water each day which was much appreciated.
Reception and the old members of concierge were as lovely as always.
Hotel looked beautiful for Christmas.
I’m sad after 18 months the pool/spa still remains unavailable to disabled guests. They never tell you on the website that this is inaccessible, nor at check in or even when wheeling into the area. You just get the nice surprise that the lift doesn’t work and you have to do stairs if you want to access the area. For the first year they had a sign on saying it has been broken since May 2024 but now there’s not even a sign to let you know! There’s never a mention that you can’t fit a wheelchair into the twin access room. I always book a suite and forgo a shower as I can get my chair into them unlike the access rooms- rather ironic!
Over all a fantastic stay and I look forward to returning in 2026
Excellent shuttle service to Disneyland Paris. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa experience too. It would have been good to have some more amenities in rooms, considering the accommodation fee we pay.
Hotel is really near the outlet mall and Paris Disneyland. You will have plenty of food options as well. Hotel wise, they do provide a rather large selection of utensils and pantry necessities.
