The location is perfect especially the hotel provides you free shuttle to disneyland .. staff is friendly especially ladies at reception.. hotel need refurbishment urgently.. cleanliness also need to improve
It could be one off the best if they focus on face lefting and cleaning
This hotel used to be a gem, it still is for its location to Disneyland, train station and taxi service to Disneyland but the cleanliness of our room was disappointing
The room was large and clean, staff was helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet with lots to do within walking distance. The in-room kitchenette and the shuttle service were extremely convenient features, and I would definitely stay here again as a base for exploring this part of Paris.
Very good hotel with very spacious room. Walking distance away from the subway station as well as a short walk to the mall. Premium outlet is around 15 mins walk away but not too bad as you can cut through the mall. Excellent service provided if you're heading to and fro Disneyland as they have their own vehicles to chauffeur you which I felt was very convenient. However the number given requires a local number.
Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble le c?té spa piscine, bain à remous, sauna et hammam correct.
Chambre spacieuse propre et entretenu, quelques traces d'usures sur le sèche serviette, gros point noir sur le service multimédia de la Télévision, pas de possibilité de se connecter sur une plateforme multimedia comme Youtube, Netflix, Disney+ ou même de caster via son propre appareil.
Service petit déjeuner était très basique, qualité des produits à peine satisfaisante.
Personnel très agréable, serviable et souriant. Cocktail et dessert au bar du restaurant très apprécié, personnel au top, néanmoins le mobilier a tout de même du vécu (quelques traces d'usures sur les fauteuils).
