The best thing about this hotel is, that it is in the heart of the city. The rest is just okay: rooms are clean, breakfast is fine and service is functional. It is okay for spending a couple of nights but if you are looking for something charming this is not the place to go.

This hotel is fine, it's a good location for Lake Titicaca etc. I stayed for 2 nights as part of an Exoticca tour. I had no hot water on either night and had to chase reception each time. It was resolved but it's seriously annoying when you're stripped off ready to shower. My room was cold, no heater or mechanism to turn the AC on/up. I only got a small hand towel and bath towel, I'm sure I could have asked for more. The TV volume wouldn't turn up, I only wanted to watch the news in English. When housekeeping came they left the window wide open! Breakfast is simple but ok, and pretty standard for Peru.

We have stayed in several hotels across Peru and rate the beds at this one as the best! So comfy and even a memory foam pillow on the bed. Room was huge with extra bedding, heater, fan, sofa and hairdryer in the bathroom. Service at the bar was slow but breakfast was great and there is a coffee machine and cold drinks available at reception. For the price, highly recommend.

Comfy beds and good restaurant with room service available. No free water or tea apart from at breakfast but they did pack us a breakfast box when we had an early start.

Hotel situato a 50 mt. dalla piazza Principale di Puno. Discreti come ampiezza gli spazi comuni. Locali un po" freddi ed impersonali. Le camere normali con poca insonorizzazione. La colazione si è rivelata esaustiva ma non così ben organizzata nel suo svolgersi ( fila notevole per avere una frittatina). Personale cortese ma lento nel servizio.

Fine for centre.
Contrary to other recent reviews our stay was fine. It has an excellent location around the corner from the cathedral. We booked a suite, no smell, clean and a comfortable bed. It had a wall fan heater. It was so large we had no need for the sitting room (which had a light well). The bedroom had seating and windows onto the street (which is not noisy). Good breakfast with eggs to order. Also laundry by the kg. We did pass some rooms where their windows utilize the interior light wells but I suspect that's reflected in the pricing.
However, despite messaging requesting a taxi pick -up it was not actioned. The train station is 8 mins away but some pavements are not luggage friendly. It's better to overshoot Arequipa take the pedestrinised section linking Pino with the Cathedral, overshoot the hotel turn left and left and it's across the road.

Hotel was located one block from the Main Square. The room was reasonable enough but shower was a ridiculous arrangement being accessible via a tiny bath with a sloping side making going in and out of the shower extremely precarious. Talking to others in the group wouldn’t indicate that most rooms have this arrangement. Breakfast was decent enough.

Il voto basso si basa sul fatto che la struttura si vende per un 4 stelle. Malgrado lo standard della zona è abbastanza basso, qui non si percepisce differenza rispetto a hotel meno cari. Camere vecchie e non insonorizzate. Poco spazio per i bagagli. Colazione discreta con le uova fatte al momento ma manca qualcosa di dolce. Posizione buona per il centro (1 minuto) e per il porto (15 min a piedi)

To be honest this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at during my 2 weeks in Peru. The hotel is centrally located allowing you to explore the city and go to the harbor to see the Titicaca lake but it is the only plus. the room did not have a window to the outside (one was facing another room and the bathroom one the hallway. the lift was just behind our bathroom causing a lot of noise. no sound insulation at all! you cqn hear conversation from the hallway, next door and also across the hallway! the room and the hotel are very outdated! breakfast buffet is not appetizing. you are allowed to one egg per person (very strict about it) and if you dare to go for a second round at the buffet the staff give you a look making you doubting if you are allowed to… if you can, avoid this hotel!

Cet h?tel est bien situé, pas loin du port. Le personnel a été accueillant. Les chambres étaient ok et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas incroyable, assez peu de choix. Tout était assez simple, le confort était présent nous avons bien dormi.
