Das Preis-/Leistungsverh?ltnis stimmt. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein sch?nes, gro?es Zimmer und ein ger?umiges Bad warten auf den Gast. Ideal für Puno, da Hauptplatz um die Ecke ist und der Hafen in 20 Minuten zu Fu? erreichbar ist. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet! Fazit: 2 N?chte die sich lohnten!

hotel carino in una via un po anonima...camera spaziosa ma un po datata...colazione nella norma ma orari troppo limitati alle 8,30 ultimo orario.pane finito già tempo prima ma poi rifornito.in foto piu bello che nella realtà. per una notte è ok

Bellissimo hotel a pochi passi da Plaza de Armas. Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Bagno moderno e ampio, buona pressione dell'acqua calda. Ottima e varia la colazione a buffet. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Ci hanno tenuto anche le valigie durante il tour di 2giorni sul lago Titicaca. Consigliato!

localiza??o ótima e quarto super confortável! vale a pena. o café da manh? é servidomapenas até as 8h, o que para mim foi um pouco cedo, mas a experiencia como um todo correu super bem, os funcionários foram extretamente educados e simpáticos. a visita à Puno e ao Titicaca vale muito a pena!!!

Hotel was i a good location, walkable to the main square with shops and eateries. In the midst of narrow streets of Puno puts the hotel in a very small tight location at a road junction. Hotel has 2 lifts and can be pretty cramp when there are many people in the lobby. Explore nearby thieves market (5-minutes away and 5-soles) by tuk tuk. WiFi is rather weak throughout the hotel and may have to toggle between the various hotel network. Even our own WiFi data had issues connecting at times as the hotel location is too congested. Room was of good size and comfortable but can be noisy when the lifts are in operation, even though our room was located away from it and when there are the frequent festivities going through the streets outside. Rooms were made up every day and cleaned thoroughly. Staff seldom smile, can be impatient and at times they do not understand when we ask them for something in English. Breakfast has a limited spread and can get crowded. And yes if you want breakfast eggs do order from the egg station.
