Regarding iron, kindly note that, this is not an amenity provided in the room upon arrival. We do, of course, have few available to assist our guest which should be reserved and can be kept for limited time. Although, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. As for the beach, it is publicly announced on our website that it is. Partially pebbly, partially sandy. Of course, it would be useful to keep a pair of shoes suitable for the sea. Dear guest Aras, We would like to thank you for selecting our resort on your summer vacation. To start with, the entire team make great efforts trying to accommodate all guests’ requests and make their stay a relaxing experience. Although, based on your valuable words, it appears that your expectations were not met and we are truly disappointed about that. But thank you for expressing your thoughts with us. Regarding your concern about the sunbeds, kindly note, that the sunbeds exceed the maximum possible occupancy of the hotel. Moreover, we have a dedicated colleague who removes unattended sunbeds after a certain amount of time. From our experience, the most wanted sun beds are the ones next to the pool and guests may complain. However it is their personal preference and not an actual issue, as there are unoccupied sun beds. As for the elevator, please note that, unfortunately, it was not feasible to be handled as there was a part missing that had to be ordered since it was unavailable in local area. We do of course, apologize for the inconvenience caused although, we do hope for your understanding. As for the cleanliness, allow us to say that all rooms and bathrooms are being cleaned regularly by our housekeeping team with certified products and all the proper procedures. Although, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us in order to keep improving our services. Your nice words, really strengthen our efforts in order to continue providing the highest level of services. Receiving positive comments like this, is a great boost to our overall functioning and morale and we truly appreciate your recognition.
