Breakfast was set up nicely just not much choice if you didn’t want onions in your eggs. Otherwise I was happy with breakfast and my stay

Room was not as clean as previous visit. Carpets need deep cleaning as well as floor tile in the toilet room. There was no fan in the toilet/shower room. Toilet seat was loose and tub faucet was leaking.

It seemed that everything was broken- the ice machine, the waffle maker, the microwave in our room, and it was super hard to get the hot water in the shower. It really needs some updating.

I have to come to Nashville every other week. The staff at this location is the best. The front desk is warm and helpful. The person the prepares the breakfast seems to be a wizard at making food more than what you typically find. The only negative is that it takes a very long time for hot water to reach the third floor.

Receptionist nice. Room wasn’t cleaned and we were there 4 nights. Had to go down to get clean towels. Had a leak by the window that had been there for a while

Bathroom shower curtain could use replacement. Water seemed to leak out and the elevator panel had duck tape holding it. Other than that we experienced a good stay at the hotel.

Staff great and friendly room clean seemed a little old and shower water took a very long time to heat . TV not very user friendly and kept going out . Brft excellent . Very loud hotel . Dogs people talking doors shutting pipes draining . The other Hyatt at cool springs you can’t hear a thing .

We enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious . The only problem we had was the size of the bathroom, it was only enough space to walk in and close the door . Also I was unable to get extra towels during my stay due to them not washing enough but otherwise the trip was nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly !

This hotel is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should have known when we arrived and there was no one to help with your bags that it was going to be a bad experience. So, I unloaded my car onto a trolley and helped my 96 year old mother onto the elevator. The room was ok, but had a bathroom so small even a small person could barely get in and close the door without moving to the side to do so. The beds were adequate, though a bit soft. We left for most of the next day and when we returned our beds had not been made. They took used towels and emptied the trash but that was all. When I inquired the next morning at the front desk I was told they only make the beds “every other day”! However, we stayed a total of 4 nights and the beds were never made the entire time! The breakfast was average. And it was the same menu every single day. One morning when we arrived there was almost no food left and no one had bothered to clean up around the area. On top of that, they charge you some fee for who knows what even though my entire booking had been paid in advance. Part of that is supposed to be refunded but “could take 7 to 10 days”. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait over 15 minutes for him to return. There was a sign stating he was off performing other duties! Perhaps he was making up our beds?? Then when I told him how disappointed I was he just stared at the computer. Did not say he was sorry or anything. All he said was,” Ok, your checkout is complete.” I know one thing…I have stayed there twice…my first time and my LAST! Worst hotel and still not inexpensive.
