As per standard policy, we are unable to accept damaged currency. When we politely informed you, you agreed to bring a new note the following day. The matter was handled respectfully and transparently at the time.We understand you may have been disappointed that we were unable to offer a discount as you requested. However, we believe this should not have influenced your review, especially when the situation was clearly communicated and handled according to standard procedure.Regarding the missing amenities such as toothbrush, hair dryer, and slippers — we sincerely apologize if they were not provided in your room.
