Primero de todo, decir que no fue un mal sitio, pero sí decepcionante para mis expectativas. Por la descripción yo entendí que estaba reservando un hotel boutique, pero me pareció más bien un apartamento turístico. La descripción de ******* dice que cuentan con albornoces (y se ven en las fotos), pero me dijeron por mensaje que no era así. No tiene recepción, o yo no la vi. Finalmente, habría agradecido la opción de entrar antes de las 16 en la habitación que en muchos hoteles es posible (si hay disponibilidad), pero en este caso te envían un código para abrir poco antes de esa hora, así que no se puede

We didn’t interact with any staff during our say. We were there 3 nights and the room was not made up. We didn’t really care as we can make our own bed. There is an elevator contrary to a previous review. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen. Very convenient location, lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to the Balhao Market

Location is excellent. A roll of paper towels would be nice. Access to more coffee would be convenient. But excellent coffe nearby

Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.

Sehr sauberes hotel. Leider keine Rezeption vor Ort. Frühstückstüten werden vor due Zimmertür gestellt. Frühstück muss im Hotelzimmer eingenommen werden. Schade. Tolle Dachterrasse, mit blick über Porto am besten dort Frühstücken. Unser schlafsofa für 2 Personen mit 1,10 m zu schmal. Nach

Good sized apartment and centrally located.

Casa bien ubicada con todo lo que necesitamos
El apartamento era peque?o para nosotros y nuestros dos hijos. Tiene cocina pero era incómodo comer los 4 en el salón porque estaba ocupado por el sofá cama y no habían 4 sillas.
Comentamos nuestro problema de espacio y nos lo solucionaron. Super amables y atentos, muy agradecidos.La ubicación era genial, íbamos a pie a todas partes.
Desayuno completo y sabroso.

Très bon séjour. H?tel très bien situé. Grand appartement lumineux. Petit déjeuner avec un grand choix de produits et de qualité. En revanche, la décoration de tableaux de femme nue au dessus de la table de la salle à manger, dans les chambres...est totalement inadaptée pour un séjour en famille avec enfants. Les poignées et serrures de portes sont défectueuses: bloquent ou tombent...
