Toutes les informations nous avaient été communiquées au préalable, nous avons donc facilement trouvé le logement et pu y accéder (système de code). Chambre de taille correcte avec kitchenette (plaques de cuisson, frigo, micro ondes, évier). Proche de toutes commodités mais rue assez calme. Petit déjeuner continental correct. Service de bagagerie inclus dans le tarif. Rooftop top très sympa ! Salle de bain complètement vitrée où il manquait énormément de place (nous avons d? laisser la trousse de toilette dans la chambre). Pas très lumineux. Il n'y avait pas de couverture ni de couette, nous avons eu froid toutes les nuits.

Firstly I would like to say this hotel went above and beyond. We booked this hotel in early 2020. Pre pandemic. 5 times we had to change booking due to lock downs and flight changes, management were amazing. finally got here June 2022 My only negative would be that breakfast didn't match photos from 2019, it was adequate. Only wrote this as is only place could improve. Rooms are traditional actually have an art nouveau feel. i liked it. Its very central for all attractions and not to far from the river front. Lots of restaurants and bars couple of streets away meaning hotel on quiet street. Go up onto the 5th floor as can see quite a lot of the city the sunsets are beautiful too.

＞＞ PROS: - The AC from all rooms was working perfectly; - the check-in is very easy with codes everywhere, we had some complications with our code, but even tho it took some time for the staff to figure it out, they were very attentive, so it's also a good point besides the issue; - the shower was very good and the bathroom very pretty; - the living room is big and cozy, with cooking facilities, fridge, etc; - the terrace is also beautiful; - luggage storage possibility was very helpful for our check-out day; - the location is superb, within walking distance to everything you want to visit, near Bolh?o station, and very near good "Francesinha" restaurants =) ＞＞ Cons: Nothing to dislike =) very happy with this stay.
