Nice apartment and well equipped. Convenient bus stop within 100 years and Tram about 10 minutes walk away

Lovely place with a Lift and an amazing view of the sea. Bus stop is close by and Newhaven tram us 15 mins walk. Asda is also nearby. Was able to use the kitchen well.

Very nice stay. Comfortable bed. Good customer service. However check out at 10am a bit too early. But they allowed us to extend but with charges.

It all worked perfectly with check-in and service along the way. However, never got the towel rails to work. Great with parking in the basement.

Best place to stay. Best place to stay. Big space, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice toilets. Have nothing to complain. Bus 11 is just around the corner to take you to the city center.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The view was great. It was convenient to have instant coffee and milk packets available, as well as a tea pot and cleaning supplies. Nice to have the grocery store in walking distance as well as some restaurants. Although it was cool outside, the apartment did get warm but we were provided with fans to help with the heat. I wish the windows had screens and could be left open. The beds blocked the window from staying open, which would have helped with the temperature in the apartment. I noticed many places in Europe don't have screens on their windows. Despite this, the apartment was awesome and we had a great stay. I highly recommend!

Really nice apartment. Absolutely perfect for a few days away. Very quiet building, nice rooms, well equipped, and a clutter free/clean tidy feel with a lovely view out to the harbour. Would definitely recommend and would visit again if in the area. Secure free parking too which was an added bonus. Check in and out process very easy with the simple to use key pickup and drop off lockers.
