Good clean room, had a massage service downstairs. Hotel didn’t have the room that we booked but was ok to move us to a bigger size when requested

all the staff were so hospitable infact all the satff and creww were so thoughtful we check out early un the morning about 5am and they brought us water+banana incase we feel hungry in the middle of our journey the manager not so old not so young floor manager help me to call of our bus company to pick us up early in the morning this hotel is highly recommended. nice location and 100% kind all the staff and crew, applaud for your kindness.

Wonderful stay. Walk 10 min to sapa town. Clean and tidy. Super friendly staff. Love their service. Their breakfast was great too. Especially their yogurt with mix fruits and banana crepe. Their omelette, pho for breakfast was good too.

I truly recommend to stay in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in, dined in and checked out you can feel their warmth and hospitality. Considering that the hotel is affordable there is free breakfast and rooms are clean. They gave us free drinks and banana which we brought to eat in our van while on our way to Hanoi. The welcome tea is also nice, we even got another round while waiting for our grab on our 2nd day.

I booked a mountain view room and indeed the view from the room is stunning. However all of the rooms has smell that I cannot stand . This is personal preference. I originally booked 3 night but the hotel kindly let me refund 2 nights so I can switch hotel without that kind of smell. Location is a bit off the central Sapa but still walkable to town with some incline walks. Mao from front desk is sweet and helpful

Great receptionist, Great staffs, the location is not on the busy streets. So if you love a quiet rest this is perfect.
Room has heater. So it's perfect because Sapa is very cold when we're there.
