Room was a good size and clean, Lovely view from the balcony,
Breakfast was good. Wi Fi good.
Good location for the town about a 10min walk but a very teep hill.
We would get a grab taxi there which was easy and cheap and walk back.
Overall had a lovely stay.

The hotel is a bit old but able to maintain the cleanliness. The front desk service was very polite and helpful . The breakfast spread was good and it is certainly value for money for travelers . Only if the hotel can provide free shuttle service to SAPA station will be wonderful.

I did not like my view and also requested quiet room, my room was on the lowest 2nd floor, close to the street where the motorbikes go up and down to the town. I asked, if they had other room available, the answer was - “no, that was what I payed for”. Even when I have seen they have rooms with any guests.
After that, I did not really want to boder with any question.
if I would know, I would book only for 1night and would prolong it, or not.. In Sapa, there are plenty of options. I did not had any problem in other part of the Vietnam and I traveled from Ho Chi Minh up north from place to place.
Other thing, as I stayed 3 night, I was expecting to get some room service, but that did not happen whole my stay. (meaning take of the trash, or feel up the soap, toilet paper)
The plus was when I arrived, recieved the tea and when I left I got bag with water and bananas.

Oh god I don’t know how many hotel rooms I stayed in but this hotel thick blanket is heaven!!!! Front desk friendly and professional~ the tea that they serve you is amazing! Breakfast was good, their laundry service is amazing and affordable. In a nice quiet area of the town. Will definitely comeback!

The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.
