酒店是日本人管理的，如果樓層高一點就更完美了，服務很好，房間內非常乾凈，雖然設施有點老舊但是不影響獨家View。

海景房太美了，還可以看海邊火車緩緩進站出站，步行出來就有很大一個超市，不遠處還有蜜雪冰城的山寨版。不出門也可以看無邊海景，看日落，太值了

The hotel was an amazing stay with the pool, gym, sauna and spa. It was a restful stay after a long flight and from the hustle of the city. Room was clean and large. Despite being somewhat out of the central strip, we preferred this near the ocean and the train which is stunning to watch.

A little bit outdated, but a great place to stay a night after arrival or before leaving sri lanka. Staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. Late check out is possible for 2000rps per hour if they aren't fully booked.

The hotel was generally very good and the room was comfortable. The location is nice and very close to the sea, which I really liked. However, the cleanliness could be better, as it wasn’t perfect during my stay. Also, the sound of the nearby train was a bit disturbing at times, especially in early morning . Overall, it was a decent experience.

Granbell was a great hotel which is proven to be a very popular spot of tourists from several countries, mainly Russia, Germany, France, UK, Australia, China, Korea, and Japan. The hotel itself had great amenities, view, and food. I would definitely recommend friends to this hotel to friends and family. Hotel ammenities itself were amazing overall. The rooftop bar, spa, gym, pool, and others were all of great quality.
The location of the hotel was well placed in the city but the immediate surroundings of the hotel were mostly rundown buildings and a loud train stop. It is hard to say that the location was good to walk around but with tuk tuks easily available things were fine during our trip.
Areas of improvement and negative aspects are that our room did not have a cupboard or iron which made things a bit difficult and we suspected the bathroom sink to have a minor leak which made the whole bathroom floor wet but was hard to tell. Lastly, all the staff were very nice and helpful except for the concierge team. I can’t say all but most were not helpful as they never opened the door for me, refused to help me translate to an uber and tuk driver when I needed help, and generally seemed uninterested to help guests unless really required to. It was more a minor nuisance so I didn’t make any fuss about it.
All things considered we were mostly happy with the hotel.

Fab hotel, wish we had a few more nights! The sea view rooms are definitely worth it and the location was very ideal. Staff are lovely and the pool is incredible! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel has an excellent sea view and is well located. It has a rooftop bar with an infinity pool and a cafe, all facing the sea. The room was clean and tidy. The only issue was that all four lifts stopped on every single floor and sometimes it takes a while to wait to get on the lift.

Excellent stay, great value. Not much in immediate area but easy to get tuktuk to town.
Lifts seemed very slow/busy maybe only a couple working ? Pool area is great but not many loungers.
Overall great stay and will return

The location is so good , easy to go centre of city. The breakfast is so delisicous , and had so many choices.The view of the up floor is so nice.
