Lovely hotel in Colombo with an ocean view. 24/7 reception which was helpful. Lovely infinity pool and rooftop dining. Rooms were well appointed with large bathroom, separate bedroom and alcove area with tea and coffee making facilities, storage space and safe. Small balcony and ocean view from room. The cafe and seating areas in / near reception were really nice and great for relaxing after check out while awaiting late afternoon train.

酒店位置就在火車站Kollupitiya邊上。另一邊公交車100路可以去粉紅清真寺等地方

The hotel is very clean and the service is good too. I love the Halloween dinner last night, the waiters are nice and friendly, they are willing to help us if we have difficulties.

On the surface thus place looks perfect, facing the Indian ocean, with superb sunset daily, and trains passing by, make for perfect IG moments. The room (the ones facing the ocean) seem like a tropical dream come true. I want you to pause for a moment, and ponder these facts:
4 lifts, but all are so slow, going up and down takes a lkng wait, any time of the day.
Key card that malfunction at least twice on 2 separate days, using the slow lift to go up and down, took me 10 to 10 minutes.
Room safe in my room is kaput, I had to call the staff to open the safe fof me, even they couldn't fix it in the end.
Breakfast spread is impressive, but set up is chaotic, seating is tight.
Room windows is not sound proof, noise from the ocean and the train all night long.
It's not near anything, must use uber to go anywhere
The charm of the hotel wore off pretty quickly, by 2nd night, I regretted my decision. So, I recommend staying here only for a night or two, to take nice photos of the rolm, the rooftop bar, infinity pool, that's it. There are better options elsewhere.

New hotel located next to noisy train station and very slow front desk staff.
Bathroom is well designed with Toto bidet and full bathtub.
TV channels are limited.

面海，風景不錯，但樓下排班的嘟嘟車只接現金生意，要直接去給他們談，二樓的咖啡廳可以點餐坐在陽臺賞海景，飯店後面有一間當地小超市，價格都蠻便宜的

海が見える部屋で波をぼーっと見る事が出來ました。
部屋はとても清潔で、帰ってくるのが嬉しかったです。掃除もとてもきれいにしてくれました。
歩いて直ぐの場所にスーパーがあり、とても便利でした。
エアコンは付けなくて、ファンを回すだけで快適に過ごせました。
コロンボに行く時はまた泊まりたいです。

這次入住斯里蘭卡的格蘭貝爾酒店，體驗超出預期，可以説是此行最享受的一段時光。酒店坐落在海邊，位置絕佳，一推開窗就是無敵海景，早晨聽著海浪聲醒來，真的非常治癒。周邊步行范圍內有不少餐廳和小店，生活便利，晚上散步也很舒服。
酒店整體設計現代又帶有度假感，大堂寬敞明亮，隨處可見清新的海島元素。工作人員非常友好，辦理入住效率很高，態度熱情專業，還主動幫忙介紹周邊安排，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。
房間寬敞乾凈，海景房真的太值得了。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來很放松。陽臺的景色更是亮點，看日落特別震撼。洗手間空間大、設施新，熱水穩定，備品品質也很好。
最喜歡的是酒店的 Rooftop 泳池，視野非常開闊，一邊游泳一邊看海，完全是度假氛圍拉滿。早餐選擇豐富，西式和當地特色都做得不錯，新鮮水果特別甜。
整體來説，格蘭貝爾酒店無論是位置、景觀、設施還是服務，都非常有度假品質。性價比高、體驗很好，很值得推薦。如果下次再來斯里蘭卡，我一定還會選擇這里！

房間整體標準符合評級
服務和機制是真的非常敗好感的！！
我訂的是城景房，但後來看了一眼海景房只比城景房貴10塊錢人民幣。然而，不支持退改，聯系客服説到時候入住看情況是否可以升房。事實上是入住現場説不支持，改海景需要每間夜多10美金。
另外，退房是12點， 無論什麼原因，都不支持延遲退房，預訂的時候注意安排行程。
離海邊和小火車站都很近，在餐廳就能看到小火車。頂樓的網紅無邊泳池，怎麼説，就其實很小1/4個標準泳池吧大概，但用來拍照應該是夠的了。
餐廳，可能總體中國人比較少，粥粉麪包子之類的通通沒有，炒飯炒飯不是常規的類型。如果愛咖喱、pancake之類的就還可以。
水果可能現在不是季節，只有木瓜西瓜百香果一類，期待的那些熱帶水果（??、??、山竹之類的）通通沒有????

很適合出差住的地方，一晚上80美元以下，是大多數單位的標準，早餐是周圍最好的，附近也有超市和中餐館。樓頂海景無邊泳池挺好，我沒帶泳衣，就沒下，樓下是海邊小火車，中午11點到2點人少，可以感受一下。唯一缺點酒店是小日子本人開的，樓下側面有一個膏藥旗，看不到也就忍忍了
