My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The price fully matches the quality of the services provided. The staff were very polite, attentive, and professional, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The location is very convenient — everything you might need is nearby, including shops, public transport stops, a shopping center, cafés, and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would be happy to choose this hotel again in the future.

位置蠻好的，就在海邊可以看海景，但是海邊的小火車和也是咚咚咚不停。
其他還可以，早餐豐富，且樓頂有日餐餐廳。

對于一個住在大城市里的人來説，在浴室就可以看見大海日落場景，對我非常有吸引力。
在窗戶就可以看見斯里蘭卡海上火車??路過，美不勝收。

In terms of value for money, absolutely superb. Rooftop pool and drinks service, fantastic. Rooms were great - clean, well maintained and shower was great. Breakfast was fine, omelettes and waffles amongst lots of other things. Couple of days in Colombo, can’t imagine a better spot.

The only thing that I liked about this place was their view from the breakfast hall. Other than that would not suggest the place at all. The service is poor and the staff is rude as well. We booked our Sea View room from 9/11/25 and checking out on 11/11/25. We arrived at the hotel on early morning of 10/11/25 and we were supposed to get a sea view room. Instead they allotted us a city view and room and when we had almost spent the day and complained about 5-6 times during the whole day, then they were giving us the room with a sea view on late evening on 10/11/25. So staff did behave unprofessional during all this time. Would not recommend.

Rooftop bar and pool were excellent. No bathroom or slippers and shower flooded easily but this didn’t detract from the overall experience and exceptional value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Value for money!! Unexpected room is clean and modern. Toilet and shower space is spacious. Super nice sea view. Breakfast choice is sufficient and delicious. Highly recommend to stay this hotel with such price.
