Very close to the center gate of the pamukkale. However, bedding is not clean with stain, room is dusty, sofa has holes in them, shower head breaks and you end up hosing yourself, very basic amenities with just shower gel, shampoo and soap, and very average/no soul breakfast.
The reception is helpful in helping to swap the earlier room without smoke detector and help book taxi to Pamukkale north gate, however I don't believe the hotel management manges and maintains this hotel much. Also no lift - for a resort with a few stories, that's an unfortunate sad and unreasonable choice.
I have visited Anya during winter but it would definitely be a better place during summer when the pools are open and restaurants are open as well. They must work on customer service as I found it strange that the manager was away for two days and had no contact with the team at all. The last thing is that they mist change their old modems so that rooms get better net connection in rooms. Surprisingly the wifi is worse at night time! I wish all the best for Anya.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy.
The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons ?? directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable.
While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards:
1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience.
2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel.
3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space.
4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room.
Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.
Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!
