Over all nice property specially due to the fact that it’s very close to pumukkale attractions.
However certain things need to be better.
The WiFi pretty much non existent. Apart from a corner of the bed we didn’t have signal in the room. We discuss the issue with the front office they said that the village Internet is old and have issue. That would be a good explanation if you get signal in the room and not good internet connection or service. But not having a WiFi signal in your room is a hotel issue.
Restaurant is nice but a bit over priced. However food generally seems to be in the more expensive side in that area overall.
Staff are very helpful. The swimming pools are very fun place to spend your day.
Room is decently big with a queen plus size bed (1.6m x 1.9m). The sheets are slightly rough but doesn't affect sleep. Toilet is clean and hot water is stable and plentiful. Comes with a shared outdoor area. There are a few harmless bugs in the room. Breakfast selection is wide but nothing to write home about.
With previous stays at Anya exceeding expectations for relaxation and rejuvenation, it's regrettable to highlight shortcomings in our recent visit. Housekeeping fell short: patio uncleaned, bath towels not replenished, essential toiletries missing unless requested. Anya is a very relaxing place. The hotel staff are very accomadating. The food is superb. Though it's quite expensive but worth it. Will definitely back there??
It was our first time in Anya and the experience was superb. They have the kindest staff and the food was great. We tried Samaya's Grill Experience and it was worth every penny. Will definitely go back!!! ??????????
