设施：行政楼层的下午茶景色不错，食物需要补充丰富些，行政楼层服务生非常有礼貌。服务：服务友善，感觉亲切。办理入住手续等候时间有点久。环境：旅行团太多了，以至於早餐餐厅，食物都是风卷残云一般；尤其当天遇见印度团早餐。基本上就是非常嘈杂，食品非常快消耗。

First of all, the breakfast was very good. There were all kinds of local food that I have never seen before. Secondly, the male checkin receptionist wearing glasses was very friendly! He tried to introduce many local spots and helped handle the noise issue caused by the people next to my room. However, the female receptionist was not really helpful and quite stubborn. That male staff said I could enjoy an extended checkout due to my midnight flight during checkin, but the female receptionist said no to me later. After I explained what that male staff promised to me, she only gave me a two-hour extended checkout. The point is what all the staff say to guests should be consistent.

国内一般的商务酒店水准。在当地已经算是豪华了。相当於国内2~3倍的价格，房间内基本上能达到舒适满意，设施齐全。但整个酒店的规模很大，很有气势，服务也很有档次。是可以放心入住的地方。在一个很大的湖里旁边，设施非常齐全，有游泳池，有很大的餐厅。

This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants ??
