Heritage Suites and Luxury Suites – Review Our stay was just okay and not quite what we expected, especially as this was a school trip with 15-year-old students. At the time of booking, I requested all rooms on the same floor and was told this would be arranged, but on arrival we were informed it wasn’t available. I really wish this had been communicated earlier so we could plan accordingly. We also faced a few basic issues that required follow-ups, including no hot water initially, slow service, and cleanliness concerns (ash on the sofa). The staff did respond when called, but these are things that should be sorted beforehand. Overall, it could be improved with better communication and stronger attention to basics.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Hussain, the Duty Manager, who truly made a difference during my stay. He was extremely cooperative, professional, and always ready to help. Hussain genuinely goes the extra mile for his guests, making sure everything is smooth and comfortable. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out.

Easily the best hotel in Lahore, boutique or otherwise. Very attentive staff, excellent amenities and more comfortable and clean than all of their competitors. Cannot recommend enough.
