This is my first visit, but not satisfied the room. The sheets and pillows covers were not cleaned. Towel hands were also not cleaned and were also very hard. Staff was so professional and well mannered.

Very nice rooms, breakfast was great as well! Very friendly staff Location is also very nice near all the main shops and restaurants

I felt that the location was quite convenient. Not too far from the airport and close to the places I needed to visit. As for the rooms, they were well prepared with all the necessities but the lighting needed more work. Would often feel like the lights were a bit on the dull side.

The suite is very comfortable and this is the second time we stayed, Staff are very attentive and courteous and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant is great Very quiet area

I stayed here often four years ago, and the old lobby design with the coffee setup looked much more spacious than the current table-and-chair layout. There’s still no ATM on the premises, and nighttime noise and bright lights are an issue. Apart from that, the staff are great, and the food and presentation are excellent—overall a solid 10/10

Visiting Lahore after 12 years, and once reading previous reviews I was intrigued to stay here. It did not disappoint. The double room was spacious with en suite bathroom, clean, well facilitated and in an area close to all shops and food places. There was an additional washroom which was also clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Inside decor is very traditional moroccan themed which was beautiful. Any request I had they facilitated instantly. Room service was also on point as well as the option to book a driver. I was comfortable staying here and would definitely come back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The interiors were beautifully designed, spotless, and well cared for, and the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering excellent amenities, and the complimentary breakfast was a welcome touch. I would gladly stay here again and would strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lahore.
