This is our third visit and once again everything regarding this hotel is first class . All the staff are very friendly and helpful , nothing is to much trouble . Everywhere is spotlessly clean . The food is great , lots of choice for me being a vegetarian. Would definitely recommend this hotel . And will be back soon .

Another wonderful holiday at El Palacete. Like many of the guests at the hotel we are regular returning visitors and those that are guests for the first time usually express their wish to become part of the returning regulars. This says a great deal for this hotel. The staff in all departments cannot do enough to make your stay pleasurable in every way and we are always welcomed back as returning friends. A quality hotel perfect for couples in a great location but don't go if you are on a diet as the choice of food is just irresistible.

Loved this place.Excellent rooms,and fantastic sea view.Service is top notch,and it shows throughout the hotel. My only issue is the lack of tea making facilities in confort rooms.Would love a hot drink before breakfast on the balcony.Tried to find a small travel kettle in town( no luck). However a fabulous hotel with amazing views. Mark

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt! Der Ausblick über den Strand und auf das Meer - sagenhaft! Und direkt vor er Tür liegt die Promenade von Morro Jable mit zig Restaurants, Boutiquen, etc. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, den Carneval mitzuerleben. Ganz toll, was der Ort vor allem auch für Kinder veranstaltet. Aber man glaubt es kaum: im Hotel h?rt man nur Meeresrauschen - keinen L?rm aus dem Ort! Herrlich, bei offener Balkontür zu schlafen! Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der einzige Kritikpunkt: man muss sich entscheiden zwischen 2 Zeiten für das Abendessen... 18:00 oder 20:00 Uhr. Das mag bei Vollbelegung sinnvoll sein... obwohl ausreichend Platz w?re für alle G?ste im Restaurant und auf der teils geschützten Terrasse. Wenn man 18:00 w?hlt, wird einem gegen 19:30 unaufgefordert die Rechnung pr?sentiert. Sitzenbleiben und Geniessen ist nicht m?glich. Und um 19:40 darf man da auch nicht auftauchen im Restaurant... zu früh für die 20:00 Uhr - Essens- Schicht! Im Urlaub entscheidet man gern spontan, wann man isst. Das geht hier gar nicht! Klar kann man umziehen in die benachbarte Bar... dort ist es übrigens sehr sch?n und der Barkeeper ist super!!! So waren wir dann 4 x in der Woche im Ort unterwegs zum Abendessen; trotz Tourismus-Ambiente waren wir angenehm überrascht von der Qualit?t des Essens in allen Restaurants. Auch das Buffet im Hotel war erstklassig! Aber leider gepr?gt von den "Zeiten". Fazit: wenn Fuerteventura, dann dieses Hotel!

L’h?tel était très calme, parfaitement situé en front de mer avec vue sur la plage. Les repas (petit déjeuner et d?ner) en buffet variés et typiques, bons avec des plats locaux. Le personnel toujours sympathique, à votre écoute et prêt à vous aider. Chambre très propre avec petit chocolat le soir.

Cela fait la 2eme fois que nous venons dans cet h?tel. En effet, comme les commentaires l’indiquent , tout est presque parfait, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner, le d?ner, le personnel, l’accueil, cependant, n’y allez pas pour passer des soirées de folie, car c’est extrêmement calme ,vraiment très peu d’animation, c’est dommage, Le prix : c’est pas donné certes , mais il s’agit d’un petit h?tel de 54 chambres et pas un poulailler géant comme il y en a beaucoup sur l’?le . Et puis … une vue de folie sur l’océan à coté de la plage , vous y êtes en 3mn chrono. et enfin petit détail qui compte si vous louer une voiture : attention au parking il y a très peu de place, il faut vraiment anticiper avec la réception de l’h?tel, mise à part ?a, c’était super superbe

Absolutely fabulous. Much needed few days of peace and time to do nothing but enjoy the luxury of lovely food looked after by charming and ever helpful staff. Weather was kind to us but the view of the sea is fantastic at anytime. A gem of a hotel. Great location from where to explore the delights of Fuenteventura or just do little - but in style

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location, food & staff. We stayed in a ‘comfort room’ overlooking the jacuzzi. A glass of champagne on arrival & a fruit platter waiting for us in the room. Rooms are big with plenty of storage space. The only thing missing were tea & coffee making facilities (which I believe are available in the premium rooms) The location is just great, right on the seafront and within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Probably the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Each night a different selection of meat & fish is cooked to order with plenty of other dishes to choose from. Drinks are a good price and excellent cocktails (thank you to Pablo & Juan for great Pina Coladas.) Never a problem getting sun beds around the pool & pool/beach towels are provided which you can change once per day. All staff are friendly and we will definitely return. This is our sixth visit to the hotel and it never disappoints. It's low key and quiet without all the organised events of a large hotel but that suits us. The bedrooms are comfortable and all sea facing onto the beautiful beach below. It is well placed for visiting the old part of town which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, but still within easy walking distance of the more touristy shops. The staff always give us a wonderful welcome and do everything to make our stay great. Most of them have been at the hotel for many years so everything works like a well oiled machine. All of the staff from housekeeping to the waiting staff through to Reception and Guest Services are warm and friendly whilst also being efficient. Every year we say we are going to try somewhere else for our Winter Sun, but every year we find ourselves returning to El Palacete!

The location of hotel appeals to us both we both enjoy cycling, running and walking around this area. This was our second visit and we were amazed at all the staff still there and the fact they remained happy in their employment. The management are always available for contact should you have any issues and they will correct any problems you may incur. I would advise to take the premium upgrade to experience breakfast on the outside deck which on a sunny sunrise morning definitely takes some beating. The buffets served over the festive period on the special evenings were delightful and presented in such a professional manor I have a food allergy and all my no go areas were well documented and no doubts were assured for me to eat without concern. Food staff location will always be a big draw for this boutique venue to be successful staff to mention Sarah, Susan, Juan, Hassan, Andreas, Roseann,housemaids, chefs and kitchen staff. We enjoyed seeing you all again and I apologise if I’ve missed any off the list. Good luck for 2025 keep up the amazing work you all put into to daily routines. Also returning guests year on year is a very positive statement and we will definitely return again and truly appreciate your hospitality given over Christmas & New Year’s.
