We keep coming back to El Palacete. We love the location right on the beach, the laid back vibe and the attentive service. The team at the hotel make this place - special thanks to Rosa, Sara, Esther, Kika, Hassan & Pablo who looked after us so well. We last visited 18 months ago and incredibly Esther remembered our drinks order for dinner from all that time ago! I always want ice with my wine and every night a small bucket of ice was on the table waiting for me - small things make a huge difference. A small hotel with a big heart - we will be back next year!

What a beautiful Hotel this is, we have stayed in many hotels in Jandia but this hotel is just magnificent. The staff from Ana Maria in Reception to the ladies Ester and Sara and the chefs in the dining area made our stay a wonderful experience, we had a plentiful choice of beautiful food at breakfast and in the evening. The room was spotless and spacious with a breathtaking veiw of the Morro Jable beach, we stayed around the pool and the jacuzzi the sunbeds were so comfortable. Drinks were also reasonably priced, the location of the hotel is perfect, we walked into Morro Jable in the evening. Would we return to this Hotel 100% yes.

Top mitarbeiter top Suite Bar men Hassan mega toller Mensch. Für 4 Sterne Hotel a 52/54 zimmer viel viel mehr erwartet da es nicht viele G?ste hat. Kaffemaschine im Zimmer wird jeden Tag aufgefühlt top. Essen ist am Abend immer das gleiche

El hotel tiene una situación magnifica junto al mar con espléndidas vistas. Ambiente muy tranquilo. El desayuno y la cena son muy variados y de muy alta calidad. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario y unas inolvidables vistas al mar. Pero lo mejor de todo es la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo el personal, que se desvive porque te sientas lo más a gusto posible: personal de recepción, restaurante, bar de piscina, limpieza….hacen que tu experiencia sea inolvidables. En definitiva, el personal es la quinta estrella del hotel. Ya hemos ido dos veces y volveremos seguro!!!! Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel.

I have never sent a trip advisor review before. We are elderly and have not been to Fuerteventura for along time. We had a lovely holiday everything was perfect . Reception was so helpful . There were no tea facilities in the room but we were supplied with kettle cups tea bags and fresh milk every day. We had a late flight home but were allowed to keep our room until 4 pm with no extra charge. However we were the only English people in the hotel. On arrival we were told there were 2 sittings for dinner 6 pm and 8pm.The 8 pm sitting was full! We ate about 6.30 pm but by 7.30pm the dining room was empty and the staff were busy setting up for the 8 pm sitting clearly wanting us to leave! Breakfast was 8 am no problem BUT we could not sit on the outside terrace as this was reserved for premium rooms ! None of this was explained to us by our Tour Operator TUI (I have complained to TUI)

Second visit to this lovely hotel, everything was perfect, fantastic location , great food and friendly and very helpful staff. The view from your room balcony are stunning . Every part of the hotel is clean , the only small criticism is I would love tea making facilities in my room . Will definitely return.

Come dal titolo per il nostro secondo viaggio a Fuerteventura dopo aver valutato altri 4 hotel sempre nella stessa zona abbiamo deciso che volevamo ripetere l'esperienza. Devo dire che è stata una decisione azzeccata, addirittura post ristrutturazione è ancora meglio, la soluzione premium da quel tocco in più sia a livello colazione che per la camera, dormire con la finestra aperta e con il rumore del mare in sottofondo è magnifico. Un ringraziamento a tutto il personale molto efficiente e gentile. Hotel altamente consigliabile

I don't generally write reviews, but on this occasion, I will make an exception. The hotel is in a perfect position for the beach bars and restaurants, although we did not eat in the restaurants as the meals in the hotel were very good. The rooms are comfortable with a sea view balcony , there were plenty of sunbeds, a nice pool and bar area. But the best thing about the hotel are the staff who are always cheerful and friendly, which gives a totally relaxed atmosphere and completely stressless environment. After saying in reception as we left that we rarely revist a hotel I have to admit that we have just booked to return next year

Hotel, très calme et très bien situé près du village. Les chambres ont toutes vue sur mer avec une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits frais, de même que pour le d?ner, grand choix. Personnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. Piscine agréable et peu fréquentée.

El hotel está muy bien situado, con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. Todos los servicios, tanto en nuestra habitación como en el restaurante, fueron exquisitos. Nos trataron muy bien cuidando hasta los mínimos detalles. Por poner una falta, creo que al buffet, en el servicio de cena , le falta variedad para lograr un nivel de excelencia como en el resto de servicios.
