vheck in was lengthy, room ok bit balcony had solid concrete wall!.very noisy door slams.only 2rtestaurant open and both orders were out of stock! Given the price , vrry disappointing. happy we stayed only 1 night. booked anothrr hotel for a 2nd night

The Belgrove resort was absolutely beautiful, modern, and excellent service. The valet service was very prompt, kind and courteous. The poolside cabanas, food and drinks were the perfect personalized touch. Bahama mama was incredible and made our stay extra special! We will certainly be returning soon.

Staff were all courteous and helpful from front desk, restaurant, pool area. We enjoyed morning yoga class, shuttle, and relaxing by the pool. Room was spacious and clean.

The resort is new and looks it. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. They're trying to be a high end resort with some nice touches. They've just broken ground on the construction of some houses right in front of the hotel, so expect to hear/see that if you book a front facing room. Three things to be aware of prior to booking here: 1. Required $50 daily resort fee and $48 daily valet parking charge. No self parking option despite the parking garage being around 200 feet away and you pretty much have to have a car to get around in that part of town. So add $100+ per day to the daily charge. 2. It's noisy. The interstate is a few hundred feet away and provides a background traffic sound loud enough that sitting on a balcony facing the front or leaving the door to the balcony open were a bit too much and we had to close it. In the next room, adjoined by a door, one night some teens were having fun and talking, not too loudly, but it sounded like they were in our room. There was a visible gap under the door that allowed all of their sound in and the noise went away when I covered the gap with pillows. 3. The shower water pressure was surprisingly weak. I don't need a superstrong shower, but it was just stronger than a dribble. Odd enough to keep playing with the handle to see if there was something wrong.

Perfect for a relaxing girls trip. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff customer service was phenomenal. It really felt like you were staying at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. They allowed us to check in super early like 11am for a charge but upgraded our room for free. Our room was very spacious, the gym was well equipped, loved that they engrave your names on their water bottles, enjoyed the comfy robes, and the food was great. They also provided a free shuttle to/from the beach and offered you towels, and chairs. The only issues we experienced was trying to contact the hotel for the shuttle back from the beach. We waited on hold for several minutes and then it disconnected. We were able to call the spa and they were able to get ahold of the front desk for us. There was also a very unpleasant smell one day in the lobby and bar. It smelt like rotting fish or something, and we ended up ordering the french onion soup and believe the smell was from the cheese they used and the truffles. The soup was amazing, and the live music at night was very good. Overall, I really loved this hotel, and can't wait to book again.
