Room was fantastic. Pool area great but we didn’t love the music selections. Service was unfortunately hit and miss. Some servers were better than others and attention to detail / hospitality mindset could have been better generally.

Beautiful grounds and building, but? Dining, was not impressed. All four of us not impressed with the quality especially for the price. We were hoping to sit by an out sit fire, we were there at 8 pm after dining and they said there was nobody to turn them on??

Amazing hotel. Tomer, our concierge went above and beyond and we even had personalized water bottles waiting for us.!The staff was top notch and they really go out of their way to make you feel special. Can’t wait to visit again.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5-star rating because the cleanliness was impeccable and the service was outstanding—everyone greeted me with a genuine, vibrant smile, which made me feel very welcome. However, the one major issue I experienced was a loud banging noise coming from the AC unit in Room 341, likely from the compressor. The noise occurred every 30 to 40 minutes throughout the night, making it impossible for me to get any sleep. Unfortunately, it was too late to request a room change by the time I realized how disruptive it would be. I did inform the front desk the next morning and requested a late check-out due to the lack of rest. It’s disappointing because I truly enjoyed everything else about my stay, but the AC issue made it hard to fully relax. I would love to return, but I’m hesitant until I can be sure this problem has been addressed.

We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar and it was delish and also had dinner - so good - high end! Food and drinks at the pool were wonderful too! Our room was gorgeous with a view of the pools and golf course - the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was great - we requested an extended check out due to a flight delay and we were able to pay for an extended time. Everyone was friendly and we’ll be back! It’s close to PBA university so when we come to visit we’ll be staying here again!

设施：东西都挺新的，而且也很潮流不错，挺适合情侣出游卫生：刚进去的时候地上有一些白色的小穴，但是跟服务员说了一下，他们也拖了一下其他的没有什么问题环境：环境我很喜欢呀，比较让人一种很轻松的放松的心情服务：工作人员很热心，也很体贴，还不错，整体来说
