We really enjoyed our stay at the Belgrove Resort. The resort was beautiful, well maintained, staff was excellent. It was a relaxing staycation and we will be back soon.

Extremely clean, staff polite, friendly and very capable.
Shuttle service to the beach, some restaurants and shops is super convenient.
I will return again this year.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because we went to have brunch at 11:00am at their restaurant and were sat immediately but no one came to our table. It was 11:20am and no one came by not even to serve us water. A couple of servers and what looked like management strolled by our table but no one acknowledged us. We left a few minutes after that and got breakfast outside of the hotel. We came back and spent the rest of the day at the pool. I love that they have pool floaties and pool toys for the kids to play with. We ordered food by the pool and although server was very polite we asked for water a couple of times but never received it. Elevator was also broken which wasn’t a big deal since there were other elevators available. Overall the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly.
The resort was ok. Unfortunately they were understaffed for the memorial day weekend at the pool and the filter didn't seem to be working in the adult party. The manager Morgan, was doing it all and should be 10000% praised for helping anywhere and everywhere from towels to bartending,
Room was nice and cool. Looked beautiful. I just didn't like that my amenities box, was used already and had eyelashes from a previous guest which creeped me out .
I asked for 4 pillows and only 2 were delivered . I am pregnant and could have used . The slippers were nice and comfy.
No one was aware how the Breakfast for 2 worked with *******. I would train the staff at the front desk and restaurants. We were given a Marriot Bonvoy card to bring to restaurant and it confused everyone .
Great peaceful resort
The hotel looks & smells fantastic. It’s a beautiful new property. It’s very quaint & peaceful by the adult pool. The service by the pool was great. We had a young man from Colorado and he was hustling. All of the people around the pool were tidying & working hard. It was very clean. Our room was beautiful & stocked with everything. This is a very nice resort for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.
