Ocean view was garden view and very disappointing. Be careful when you book this and call the hotel to ensure you get an actual ocean view.

Overall good, could be better. Room was next to lifeguard station and what I’m assuming are generators there were very loud.

Beautiful location. Good aesthetics but service was not very personalized. I was charged $70 For parking and I didn’t even have a car. I found it a bit over priced but location was excellent.

Best hotel in laguna. Amazing view and sounds of crashing waves. Staff was outstanding. Great little touches like hot cookies at 6pm every night, oversized bath towels, wonderfully scented lotion and soap. Location was ideal. We walked everywhere. While parking is super convenient, it is $70 a night which is a bit steep.

View was great however the walk ways to and from beach are public access through out the property and the public can view you sitting on balcony or in room. Could not use the hot tub both nights as its very small and full of children as well as a party in hallway near our room one evening. Made us uncomfortable and unable to go back to out room until it ended and people we not hanging outside our door. Way overpriced for an average place to just relax and get out to see the sights. Would stay elsewhere or rent an air bnb that is more reasoably priced. Cost us over $1000 per night once all the fees and the $70 per day parking added. Definitely way overpriced

All was great! Check in was easy, staff very friendly and professional. Loved the welcome drink. Only complaint is I was not told about the parking fee or the resort fee but knew about it ahead of time from reading reviews. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We had a poolside room which was perfect for a morning swim. Would definitely recommend and would comeback when in area!

The location and views are so stunning it takes your breath away. You can walk to downtown easily. We just loved it.
