Great hotel with perfect and large bedrooms
Amazing infinity pool on the roof with nice view on the town.
Employees are very kind and totally devoted to make you happy.
Absolutely loved this hotel, breakfast was very good and the pool amazing. We would definitely return here again. Nice location, easy walking to restaurants and shopping!
The room was beautiful, the staff was great. I mentioned it was a birthday celebration and requested a bottle of champagne and they had it waiting in the room for us.
The staff was very attentive and showed us around the hotel, even offered to help us with reservations at restaurants near by.
The room was immaculate,you can tell a lot of time and effort was done with every piece of furniture in that room.
The bar and restaurant on the premise were beautiful, unfortunately we had dinner reservations elsewhere, but we will be returning to try Cafe Carmellini!
a pleasant stay. Worth the price. The breakfast served is mediocre but anyway it’s Penang. A lot of nice food around for your palate. Hotel bf is not my priority.
Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Love the pantry with dining tables. The only fallback for my stay is the clog water during bathing.
Definitely will come back again.
