Check-in room is scheduled for 3 PM. However, we were asked to wait an additional 15 minutes, which extended to 4 PM. If the room was not prepared, it would have been beneficial to be informed earlier to avoid an hour of unproductive waiting. This experience reflects a significant service deficiency.

酒店位置优越，对面有大型商场，酒店房间可以望到海景，而且景观开扬。很有度假的感觉。早餐食物种类很多及味美

check in等了一会到下午三点才有房，酒店不提供刮胡刀和水不过旁边有711可以买。早餐不错位置也好，去哪里都在步行范围内

A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice. If back to Eugene, will stay there again.

Good deal! Nice hotel lobby with good location and many eateries around. Breakfast spread is good. Overall satisfying stay.
