服务特别好、距离老城仅一公里多、步行可至、优秀?? 酒店新、房间宽敞、Wi-Fi可以，衣柜侈华了?? 我这套还有一个pantry ??冰箱、微波炉都有、可以开伙了?? 大堂在6层、有设计感??6楼还有一间bar??17楼的泳池比较浅、不适应锻练、倒是拍照的好地方,夜景尤为迷人?? 吐槽点不足：拖鞋质量太差了、空调的调节、需要学习一下、早餐一般般…?? 值得推荐??

Not Worth It At All Unfortunately, first impressions weren’t great: there was no staff at the front door to even help open doors, let alone help with bags. There was no one at the check-in counter, but a bunch of people and bags crowding the front reception area. They were so slow to attend to people. Not at all a 5-star experience. Super irritating to spend nearly $2000/night for such poor service. The only reason a person pays that kind of money is because you can go anywhere for a room; you’re expecting the service to be over the top awesome. They also advertise services like offering spa services (facials mostly), and after I checked in and inquired about that because I saw it on their Amenities Offered sheet in the room, I got a call back from a rude employee telling me they don’t offer these services anymore (like it was my fault for even inquiring).

Guest review Our checkin Friday evening was great! Welcoming, friendly staff. We had a comfortable, quiet stay. Saturday morning checkout was not as high of a level of customer service as the checkin staff. Overall a good visit.

房间非常乾净整洁，酒店位置很好，停车方便但收费，周边购物、吃饭也很方便、漂亮，安全，推荐，来此地我只选择这家酒店

Pro: New hotel. Location was fine with 1 Avenue Mall about 6-7 minutes walk away. Besides, it's also in the city area, so near to move around if you are on a business trip. Cons: Hotel Room WiFi connection was poor. Towels was having some sort of funky smell [both].

The hotel has a very strategic and convenient location. I loved the room design, especially the ceiling fan and kitchenette, very thoughtful touches. However, the amenities felt more like 3-star quality, not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, closer to a 3-star standard, with no food replenishment once items ran out. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed to meet true 5-star expectations.

这是第二次入住。从前台起明显感觉服务友好度、亲切度好于去年。酒店临街，但在纽约算是比较安静的。酒店的餐不错，房间送餐也比较快，有时可能太忙需要多提醒一下。总之，如果没有酒店看景、游泳的打算，只是居住，这家很好！唯美的色彩和设计！

房间正常，酒店地理位置非常好，一楼晚上还有保安看门，非常安全，处于纽约韩国城，周围好吃的不是一般的多，去所有的景点都很方便，公交各个路线都很近，价格也还行，推荐唯一一点是，这个酒店超过11点退房的话，每晚一个小时有25美刀的费用，虽然能理解，但是其他地方的酒店好像没这么收吖

I felt like they prioritize safety, which makes you feel more secure and comfortable. Several coffee options in the morning with in room coffee maker, free coffee in the lobby and gourmet coffee nearby at the 5th St market.
